Led the full design lifecycle using SolidWorks for part, assembly, sheet metal, and drawing creation; managed vendor sourcing, production planning, troubleshooting, and validation; performed load calculations and inverse kinematic analysis. A mini smart energy-efficient device is developed under 50 dollars, and 100% made in India. This device will reduce the use of air conditioning by maintaining the room temperature at the desired level. The entire unit will consume only 30 watts per hour, which is almost negligible when compared with a traditional air conditioner.
